THERAPY RESOURCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – SAN ANTONIO, TX
We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support our Therapy Leadership in Texas. The position is based at our service center in San Antonio, TX, located at 613 NW Loop 410. You will be involved in helping with several initiatives/projects, including taking accurate, clear, and comprehensive notes at various meetings, coordinating travel and assisting with meeting set up, preparing financial/clinical reports, and performing other administrative duties as requested. This position receives support from Ensign Services who provides a wide range of clinical and operational assistance to over 200 independently owned healthcare operations located throughout the United States. Experience/Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- High School Graduate
- Ability to multitask, keen eye for detail and a self-initiator
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Completion of on-the-job orientation and training program or demonstrates competency in each of the designated areas
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with electronic medical records systems like Optima Healthcare Solutions and Point Click Care
- Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
