Hurricane Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. The city of Hurricane has a small-time vibe with 22,000 people but the fastest growing city in the state. We are minutes away from Utah’s best national parks including Zion. Qualifications: 
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program 
Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable
