THERAPY TALENT ACQUISITION RESOURCE – FULL TIME – ARIZONA
We are currently looking to fill a Therapy Talent Acquisition Resource position to support various markets in Arizona.
- Every facility has an in-house therapy team – no contract therapy company. All department teams work for the facility and share the same goals
- Each facility is independently operated with local leadership and no corporate red tape

Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop candidate pool, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and screen qualified candidates
- Recruit and source using a variety of tools to include: internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, coordinate Open House events, participate and conduct mixers, etc.
- Develop rapport and positive first impressions with candidates
- Coordinate with onsite SNF management teams to schedule onsite or virtual interviews
- Close offers and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process
- Tracking and trending of Open positions and Hires
- Quality improvement of Recruitment department
- Attend and recruit at conferences
- Manage our Physical, Occupational and Speech recruitment operations
- Participate with various staff meetings, via virtual and in-person
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be a local Arizona resident
Experience and knowledge base of Healthcare Recruitment
Experience as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA is preferable but not a requirement
