Tempe Outpatient Rehab is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to help serve the vibrant Tempe community. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients in assisted living, independent living, and memory care, as well as those in nearby Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

With access to our outpatient gym and the ability to provide therapy in clients’ ALF environments, you’ll have the flexibility to offer personalized, multimodal therapy. As our team continues to grow to meet the needs of the community, we’re excited to bring on an enthusiastic OT who is ready to make a difference!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide therapy in our outpatient gym and in ALF environments.
• Assess patients and create personalized care plans for cognitive and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) needs.
• Implement multimodal therapy approaches, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and assistive devices.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve patient goals.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes per guidelines.
• Contribute to team growth through mentorship and knowledge-sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
