- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mobility, strength, and functional abilities to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance re-education, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress toward mobility and independence goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans and progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to sustain long-term functional improvements.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure).
Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
