This is a great honor and comes almost to the day of our 5 year anniversary of becoming a public company. Ever feel at a loss for words when wanting to express your appreciation for your awesome therapy team? Sonya Taylor at Park Manor Rehabilitation Center in Walla Walla, WA, found a way to allow for her therapists to express their gratitude and appreciation for one another using a team building exercise that turned 360 degree feedback into 360 degree love for one another. Each therapy staff member wrote down one thing they appreciated or admired about each team member. Sonya then gathered the notes and wrote them on individualized “You Rock” cards for every team member. What a great way to highlight and celebrate the unique strengths of your therapists!
