Full Time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation – Legend Healthcare & Rehab – Greenville, TX
We are seeking an evaluating or assistant therapist to join our in-house therapy team as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation at Legend Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Greenville, TX. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM.
 
The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation job requirements include but are not limited to keeping up with transfer screens in PCC, updating ROM binders and adaptive equipment binders and attending care plans.  The position is divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%). Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP

  • Superior interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide 
  • Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice 
  • Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity 
  • Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence 
  • Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
