OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST / OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – ALF MEMORY CARE – CARROLLTON, TX
FULL TIME: Consistent schedule – Opportunity for growth
A leader in skilled nursing and long-term care in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a full time OT/COTA to join our in-house therapy team and treat the patients in our Assisted Living unit. The therapy services will be provided at a local ALF Located in Carrolton, TX. Experience with memory care unit is a plus.

Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant

- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide
- Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
- Wound care experience
- Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity
- Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence
- Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
